I spent a decade on the mighty CRJ (all variants) and the fact that the power was pulled to idle at 150' AGL made me cringe.
On the -700 and -900 you needed to start wiping the power off at 20', and not a foot higher. The Deuce (-200) worked best if you went to idle at 50', otherwise it would float all day long.
But 150'?? That's utterly incomprehensible to anyone who has flown that airplane...
