Are you sure you're looking at the correct application? My cadet application shows "hired," but my FO application shows "Offer" with TRG. My FO application has never shown "hired," only "offer" after I received a cjo.
Good catch, I was looking at my pathway application. On my FO application my status is 'Offer"
