The issue has become that I am now harassed by scheduling to a point of crazy psychotic ex-girlfriend territory. Repeated calls that breakthrough any do not disturb at all hours including the middle of the night. Today I got three back to back calls with three voicemails all from the same scheduler within 2 minutes. And this seems to just be their playbook now. Is there any recourse for this? Instead of just doing a do not disturb for sleep I’m now having to turn my phone completely off just so my wife and I can get a full nights sleep. Other than doing scheduling’s job and self acknowledging, is there any way to keep them from being absolute heathens with phone etiquette?
You may know this, but just in case... There is an iPhone setting in each contact, under ringtone (may have to scroll UP from intitial screen), that can turn on/off "emergency breakthough". If you have any kind of do-no-disturbe 'enabled', and this setting is "off", it will go straight to voicemail without ringing your phone. And, you can also set your phone to
only allow "favorites" though at night/when DND. Unknowns or personal numbers would go straight to VM.
I have all Crew Scheduling numbers and ARCOS
permanantly "off" for this setting,
unless I am on SC or want to be awakended by ARCOS (but even then, I will usually set my WS/GS to auto accept at night - so I only get a call for an actual award notification). As a local, there is nothing I can't make when I awaken.
You can also set your notification preferences up with "Do not disturb" hours on Deltanet, but there are a few circumstances where that's not a catch all. Like needless "Rest" CNO's at 0600 on the last day of LC before (though I had forgotten to go "off" on emergency breakthrouhh) - it's absolutely unacceptable. I think ALPA has brought that up to the company, but I'm not sure how it resolved.
No idea if Android has similar settings.

It sounds like these are LC trips, assigned prior to 12 hours to starting LC? If that's the case, CS should
never call you. You are obligated to make yourself aware of these. I would send a DART to ALPA, as they need to know this is going on.
