Usually, I hear things like “I’m not a check airman.” There are some good pilots that are willing to mentor, but few make the attempt. Instead, they complain about airmanship or generational differences. Ridiculous argument imo.
Im not a boomer. I’m Gen-X, and so are the majority of my Lost Decade counterparts.
I also don’t understand your statement. Are you saying my argument is ridiculous that we have plenty of good captains that can mentor therefore we don’t need age 67?
