Most are and they are all getting TBNT letters from almost every one of the jobs you referred to for being under qualified. Go look at the sob storied posted on the flying subreddit, there is a lot of documentation on the struggles of those going out trying to find jobs.

Which proves my point, it is probably just as hard if not harder for low times pilots to find a job today than it was is the early 00s.
