Wonder what kind of test guns they use. Is it something like a 1911 where the whole thing is metal and easily identifiable or polymer framed pistols? I'd think a Glock with no mag would be a little harder to spot.
Also, these days how hard would it be to outfit the X-ray machines with some form of AI that quickly pings any image that resembles a firearm?
