To me, the whole bot issue is # 236 out of about 250 issues we have going on. I have no idea what the scheduling rep for the union does or has the ability to do, but there are MANY other scheduling issues I would prioritize higher than bot tracking.
I would like to point out that at first the bots diden't exist, then it wasen't really a problem, then (after it started crashing flica) the problem was addressed with a finger wagging memo, then threats with calls from the cheif pilot office. Perhaps eventually we will get to the point of actually doing something about the issue. The gas lighting on this has been just insane. The problem has not gone away because it's only a problem for the pilot group. Managment's happy and the union dosen't seem to care. They generally seem indiffrent to the issue. It has been a known issue for many years yet persistantly NOTHING HAPPENS funny.

This is a problem with cascading effects. it reduces the cost of filling trips by allowing a select few to pillage premium adds while the rest of are forced to work straght time for extra cash. It warps schedules, reserves, open time, possably even trip construction. It's also a very bad look for the Union (who gave this away in the last negotiation)who Is just to dam busy to have any kind of real solution. which is another reason the Pilot group is down on our Union. They can't fix the problems they created, and I don't even have the luxery of whineing about it to a person in real life. Yes we are all the Union thats why we all get to vote for the MEC...right (we don't)
