I may be wrong, and please correct me if I am, but I believe that Pinnacle was awarded Delta flying under Grinstein's reign after that sham "RFP" during the bankruptcy. So, in essence, Anderson had nothing to do with the Pinnacle award.
Edit: I see Boomer beat me to it. I thought that timeline was correct.
