Same. I'm queing up a Dec 2030 short boxtrade (low 4s equivalent interest). VOO dividends will cover close to half the borrowing cost. Alternatively I may take out the 5 year "loan" and drop the cash into short term treasuries while shopping. I've been kicking myself for not doing that 5 years ago.
