I would think anyone who is a CJO holder now, wouldn't have to worry about it. Not likely to change much till we get close to integration and / or merging the certificates. That's likel to take quite a while.
For those who are relatively new to the industry (6 years) when does integration generally take place? When would you start to see former Mesa pilots in the training center getting integrated? Not until Q4?
