Filling out a customer review online is probably your best option. The company does keep track of positive reviews & specific feedback should get back to the employee.

If the OP is talking about the safety is Global III series which opens with a Captain at a scene which is supposed to Carneval in Rio de Jainero. If you work here, it shoud be very easy to recognize who that is. That being said if you DO NOT work here, you do not need to know that person's name.
If it is a way to thank someone who the individual talked to at a job fair...who the OP recognized from the safety video before.......they really should have asked for a business card. However I would use hummingbear's advice and fill out the customer care.
