Since this change was made after the interview invite was extended, does this look like I was trying to be deceptive? I emailed pilot selection today and explained them the situation and have yet to hear back. It was an honest oversight, but now I am worried that it sealed my fate. Has anyone ever experienced anything similar?
While not a 141 failure I did have an acquaintance I was helping to onboard who failed to mention an unsat line check for upgrade which was not handled well at the interview. I can’t remember if he made the change like you did before or at the interview but when it came up his explanation wasn’t good. Needless to say he didn’t get the job that day. A 141 stage check is nothing compared to a line check but who knows what the hiring team will think these days.
