I’m currently at 3 STS reports that are in “impasse” status. The ALPA response is that they anticipate the dispute to be resolved short of the grievance process. Any insiders with a peek behind the curtain of what that actually looks like or what to expect?

Impasse is just ALPA saying we ran into the same brick wall you did. We have tossed the file on the stack to wheelbarrel to RDU to show the mediator our "leverage."
