Back to the topic. Pinnacle is an opportunity to fly.

Most regionals are not hiring. This is a tough market and economy. Pay may be low but it is a stepping stone and you do have to pay your dues. If you disagree then why would anyone want to flight instruct?

The contract is going to be resolved. Both NWA and Delta are tiring of it and are applying pressure.

This is as lean as I have ever seen it. I was 23 in 2001 and saw both the good times and bad times. I knew people that went from a 747 FE at NWA to instructing at ERAU within weeks.

Pinnacle is a solid place to be right now. Whining and *****ing about things only shows that you really have never lost anything. Appreciate what you have and strive to make it better.
