Well since KW is just cutting and pasting his SM nonsense from Jetflyers to here, here is what another poster responded to it. Sounds like the conspiracy has more holes than Swiss cheese.
"Keith W posted a comment referencing Brian H. I thought I would make a new thread in case it disappeared after serving its purpose, like Ryan H’s post did.
The crux of the SM hit job on Brian H is that he filed a grievance outside of the union process and is taking up a slot in arbitration thereby bumping the 4.A.2.c grievance thus having Brian screwing over the pilot group for a petty reasons. Supposedly, the union was strategically only having the 4.A.2.c grievance so that it would be the arbitration entry, and now that was in jeopardy because of Brian.
First fact, go to the FDX ALPA grievance page. There are currently 5 grievances filed in 2025. Guess the argument is blown out of the water on the barest amount of research. Who has the agenda posting easily debunked drivel?—Brian or the Silent Majority?
Next, let’s look at this grievance that Brian is supposedly being an a$$ and doing it for his benefit. Look at the grievance. It’s 21-14 and can be found on the same page by selecting the year. It’s a grievance over secondary line construction and winning it would benefit us all. We all know of stuff that others have posted where they fought the company. They had the cajones to push ahead to the betterment of us all, just like Brian.
Next, let’s look at the dates. This grievance was filed in 2021. Brian certainly had a plan far in advance knowing that he would be running 4 years later for block 2 rep (yes, sarcasm intended). Look at the timeline posted on the FDX ALPA left panel of the 2021 grievance list. This grievance was filed 11/9/2021. The hearing was 2/8/2023! The decision was 4/20/2024! The appeal was due 10/31/2024. Brian apparently didn’t agree with the decision of the company and when the grievance review board said they didn’t want to appeal, Brian expended significant effort appealing it following the procedures in FDX ALPA Policy Manual IX.C.5.
Next, let’s take a look at the grievance and appeal process. The flow chart can be found here
