I wouldn't say it has been thoroughly debunked, but there are some questions.

First, the post you are refering to stated that the grievance was outside of ALPA, which is allowed. You refered to grievance 21-14, which was filed by ALPA. Apples and oranges.

Second, three of those additional grievances you refer to were filed in the last 10 days, possibly after the alleged union plan had been disrupted.

I'm not siding with either you or Maddog, only stating that there is probably a lot more to both stories than we will ever find out.

Regardless of who you support for block 2 rep, we need to have a solid turnout to show that we are engaged.
