I am open to new ideas. I've just never had a new / young F/O show me one. Most of the time I am sitting next to someone who turns the AP on at 1,000 ft and off at 500 ft. Wasn't suggesting that you should be learning from new FO's. Just that you need to keep up with the times, and the guys I fly with seem to do that.
