I have no issue with the 10 year work history check, but this third party company seems to be a pain in the butt. They were also “unable to very employment” for one of my previous employers as well. Hopefully it all gets worked out before class starts next week..
Do any recent FJ hires have feedback on FJ onboarding with respect to background check process and avoiding delays for training? Are there still issues (this thread has complaints of background check agency having trouble with employment verification, etc ) and is the background check completed prior to Indoc, or do new hires attend Indoc and training with background check ongoing? If a CJO is received, is there an option to schedule Indoc and training to allow for enough time to prevent/reduce concern of delayed training described by others in this thread?
