All cadets were in the front row, and after that, I believe it went based on age, not hire date. I was more senior than some people who were in the canceled May orientation.

For bidding, they do it in the first 20-40 minutes of showing up on property. It's the first thing you do basically so you'll know where you're going immediately.

I ran into a guy from the first April class, and it seems they're calling people based on age. He said the youngest in his class was 27-25 range. My class, the youngest I've talked to is 22. Him and I think age might have something to do with getting a call, but we're not sure.
