We are aware of American Airlines cooperation with APA and the AAL pilot group’s on the implantation and usage of Check my Pay. We are also aware that Check my Pay has access to DECS and FOS codes at American Airlines for use of the app, and the same system exists at Envoy.

It is our belief this has benefited not only the pilot group, but APA and American Airlines. The app has enabled a system of self-auditing paychecks that has resulted in less pay grievances, more transparency from the company, and proper paychecks being fulfilled.

We believe we have been unjustly denied access to the app on the sole behalf of ALPA and Envoy to prevent transparency and the ability to self-audit pay.

This not only creates further division between the parties but also a lack of trust.

It is our belief the collusion between Envoy and ALPA is to prevent paying the wages we have earned.

Envoy Pilot Group
What a lunatic. File suit and prove it or shut up. You’re speaking on behalf of a pilot group and you don’t have the authority to do so.
