The BS is from you. When he took the phone call, there was still a quorum. While he was talking, another MEC member had a family emergency and had to leave, and that was caused the loss of the quorum.

I agree it could have been handled better if the person with the family emergency could have yelled at TC to come back into the room to preserve the quorum, but that didn't happen and I don't know why.

I don't know why they could not have had a "recess" or "pause" the meeting for a few moments until TC got off the phone, but I don't make the rules.

You are blaming TC for the lack of a quorum, but it was the family emergency that caused it, so quit your BS.
