Seriously, you could probably work for Google if you can create a search engine that searches using images alone. Free meals, massages and scooby snacks!

I'm surmising that you didn't Google "Rainbow flag" or "Thingy" but if you've been reading this thread you should have gained the knowledge that they are Naval Signal Flags. Of course you could have also used Google Images and just using the keyword 'flag' been able to find it without too many clicks. My sincerest apologies.
