Any pilots here at American that are based out of BNA? I am not there now, but may be relocating soon. Looking to see what would be the best options on the 121 side for commuting. Southwest has a base there, but they are the only ones with a BNA base. Just seeing what QOL is like for any pilots that commute out of BNA at AA. Thanks!
Saw the post about the commutes from DFW and CLT to BNA. The reality is, you will be very unlikely to get either of those bases as a new hire. For The Bus, the last few months have been trending heavily towards PHL and MIA, with a few sprinkles of ORD thrown in.
BNA to PHL seems to be averaging 5 flights a day, 3 on mainline, two on regionals, with one of those being a PDT 145.
BNA to MIA is averaging 4 per day, all on Mainline flights.
BNA to ORD is averaging 6 per day, all on regional carriers.
