With the amount of upcoming retirements we have to continue hiring at some point unless the company plans to shrink the pilot group by 1000 over the next decade. I generally agree. We are definitely short pilots in some fleets/seats. I’ve heard rumblings of flight cancellations on the international side, but I think it’s more small scale and not a systemic change.
