With the amount of upcoming retirements we have to continue hiring at some point unless the company plans to shrink the pilot group by 1000 over the next decade. I wouldn’t put it past them to try shrinking this place but in reality it’s not on my bingo card.
With the current administration how can any business be expected to plan for more than the next two weeks? It's even harder for the logistics business.
