There will be twelve 787’s based in SEA long before the fences come down. That’s ~240 HAL pilots right there. If they take the additional eight 787’s then that’s another ~160 HAL pilots.
I think the math would be much more than that. 8 crews per plane isn’t enough. 11-12 crews. 360+ pilots.
All the flights over 12 hrs, 4 crew and if we can get mandatory 2 Capt per flight, then half of that number will be Capts. Up to at least 480 pilots for the 12.
