I’d bet we hire closer to 600 in the Fall for 1,200 total. They seem hyper focused on running a very lean pilot operation. I was reassigned almost every trip last month. I’ve been reassigned both trips so far this month. Summer should be something special this year.

Your estimate sounds about right, that would pretty much keep us flat with respect to retirements. Aircraft are being delivered but they already staffed the 787 so it's mostly narrowbodies that are getting leaner with every delivery and every retirement.
