Only difference is that Prior to the freight operation we had only one base (I know there were times where there was other bases) so it took that part out of the equation.
I second this as a ridiculous statement. New hires were not valued at AS for a long, long time. They were leaving in droves when there were options just a couple years ago. My new hire experience included a cancelled class and 3 month delay for a new class. After I had called AS to confirm my class was on. After confirming my class was on the next day the same person I spoke with called and told me my class was cancelled. After I had given notice at my employer of course. Good times.
