Less than 50% of the pilot group even votes for their reps/national officers. Half of this pilot group would be oblivious that a merger vote was even occurring.
If it goes to a vote does the merger resolution need to get a majority vote of the pilot group to pass or a 50%+1 of the pilots who do vote?
