$86 or whatever it is is still a slap in the face compared to regionals and other legacy carriers. Our captain rates have lagged ~10% behind the industry standard and FOs ~15% despite our union promising to “narrow” the gap. Hope the new contract can bring both gains to the Alaska folks and parity for Hawaiian.
