No, the problem with our pilot group is they are very apathetic to anybody junior to them. So each contract the improvements are slanted that way. This last contract saw Senior QOL improve greatly while Junior QOL took a nosedive, the same did not happen at UA or DL where QOL was gained by the pilot group from bottom to top.
I would be interested to hear what percentage of the pilot groups at UA/DL voted compared to American, otherwise your statement hold no merit.
