You leave out some pertinent issues - presence or absence of ATP, whether turbine was multiengine or single engine, total multiengine time, etc., as well as presence or absence if training failures, total time, etc.
Right now major hiring has slowed for a lot of reasons (fixing engine problems, Boeing certification problems, Airbus supply chain problems, etc.) When major hiring slows everybody becomes more selective. And if all you have is SE turbine time in a Caravan, that doesn’t carry a lot of weight with regard to turbine PIC.
