There was nothing constructive about his last sentence. It was nothing more than a demeaning accusation meant to insult the OP... who by the way simply asked a question without any sort of whiff or hint or even subtle suggestion of "entitlement" ... in fact just the opposite. They were asking for help, ideas, and improvement and then immediately gets accused of being "entitled" by the resident forum sociopath.
