we could take it to an arbitrator, but recent rulings have shown they will say things like positive space means space available.

We could have undeniable proof this is all 100% intentional wage theft and I don’t think the DOL would care.

Taking it up in one of our more labor friendly bases might work, but isn’t DL openly ignoring state labor laws in MN right now ?

Wage theft is very common in the US. The reason it’s so common is because it’s allowed by virtue of it is almost never actually prosecuted.
