You are certainly in the ballpark. Just a suggestion but there are prep services that help with airline interviews, resumes, qc’ing applications. etc. They are commonly used by people applying to the majors but in this hiring environment they might be a worthwhile investment even for regionals. They generally know what the hiring departments want to see and hear. Things have gotten tighter - no doubt about, what with both Airbus and Boeing behind on deliveries and aircraft parked because of engine manufacturer problems
and regionals at or near their scope limits. A little professional coaching can make a difference.
