They can cry about technology and software integration or whatever other excuse du jour. UAL seemed to be able to almost instantly implement their contract pay provisions. We're 3 years on and still it's a mess. Tired of the excuses from management and to some extent DALPA. This should have been rectified 2 years ago.
UAL pilots in California sued about their lack of pay transparency and won. That’s probably why theirs is good now.. maybe the LAX pilots can get a class action going since ALPA isn’t doing much
