0500 show for me means 0300 wake up, driving by 0335 at the latest if there's no construction (often super early reports have worse traffic because they do bridge work or lane closures outside of normal rush hour)

Then a redeye to fight the morning rush home. Its normally 2 hours from brake set, shutdown checklist to my door.

Now a redeye with a 1200 sign in day 1, not doing a full circadian swap is much better. But those don't seem to exist until CS starts breaking up 4 and 5 days into 2 and 3 days.
