That was a snapshot in time. Literally the best movement in 30? years in the industry. Only guys hired in 2022-2023 experienced this. Everyone hired later (or still at the regionals) will take 5-10+ years to hold JUNIOR captain at the legacies. So maybe 1000 young guys got lucky, remember a lot of people hired at legacies are over 40. But the quick upgrade and rapid movement you're all angry and jealous about was literally just a small blip. So get over it, because it's already over.
