I will add in that the head of hiring has publicly stated recently that not having any TPIC does make you uncompetitive, at least in today’s environment. If Boeing/the economy gets their act together, you may see the standard lowered. 6,000-8,000TT and 1,600TPIC is the sweet spot for now. (Still people being hired less and more)

That being said, you’re doing the right things by keeping it updated and attending events. They only have to say yes once!
