49 pilots were personally named in individual lawsuits filed by Delta for allegedly advocating for 'illegal' work actions during contract negotiations (C2K, I think). The company alleged that these pilots called for a ban on premium flying or similar.

Process servers knocking on the door during family dinner time, lawsuits for huge damages, etc.

Delta essentially took a lot of hostages.

I believe those suits were dropped when the contract was finalized.
