Delta is building a culture among the group hired since 2015 and definitely since 2022. The constant pettiness and word salad excuses are going to have long term consequences. Heard a rumor that there has been a noticeable drop in working extra particularly among pilots hired since the pandemic.

I’ve watched the attitude change towards the CPO since I’ve been here. It’ll be interesting to watch.
