Probably not. They told us they were offering COLAs because they allow flexibility. Also, even if they offered COLAs (which they did), there is probably more than likely enough flying to pack schedules, use reserves, premium, etc.

Also, I am not sure about if its possible to allow the removal of COLAs from volunteers.
