all kidding aside this is kind of a sh1t approach. Dont let someone elses lack of integrity make you join them in the gutter. Cards, good byes, hat, whatever…….but actively tanking the operation and affecting people that have nothing to do with our trials and tribulations is pretty low brow. Yes the company needs to fix our pay. Yes it is theft. Yes we need alpa to hit them with a hammer.
and before you respond with “but the company” reread what I wrote and then tell me the justification for stranding people where they dont want to be
Exactly, make sure you have a good reason. The company knows how to avoid fatigue calls and illness can happen anytime anywhere, just like mechanical issues with airplanes.
