At WN our FAs have the leeway to make funny PAs. Some are very good at it, some not so good. I’ll leave the standup comedy PAs to those that are actually funny. You AM flyers are not funny, and either are the passengers.
I’ll stick to making sure the cabin is cool, making sure my FO gets a break, and getting the nonrevs on.
during the lost decade a NWA capt would make a PA and say “we know you have your choice of Bankrupt Airlines, we appreciate you choosing….” He said that only works with the 4pm bank and passengers
