Short of getting more than the already announced planes there is no way we are hiring another 300.... be lucky if we even fully drain the hiring pool that has formed. The short staffing on the 900's will be filled with the overstaffing (seatlock releases) on the Saabs. Remember this company has a history of prefering to cancel vacations and run short of people rather than carry a few extra "just in case"
