Can anyone elaborate on the way commuting would work for someone living in the Pensacola, FL area in the interim until 2nd year pay? Is it possible to commute on a codeshare through Alaska? Or would it be prudent to select CVG as a domicile in the interim?
Excited for the window to be open.
Thanks! Fly safe!

Your non rev benefits, and jumpseat access through CASS start within your first week or so of indoc. You can jumpseat on anybody you want, or non rev on Alaska (lower priority) or Hawaiian flights. You won't have access to ZED fares on other carriers until 6 months or a year in, depending on what the agreement says. The bigger issue you are going to have is stacking enough days off to make a commute to PNS give you any reasonable block of time off at home.
