As a Mesa pilot, this has always been my main question. I hate rumors, however, I have heard from several people that there is a clause in our contracts w/ the other codeshare partners that allows them to opt out of their contract if we file chapt. 11. If this is the case, then this is not good news. Everyone is looking to draw down capacity right now, this would provide the perfect opportunity. Hopefully untrue, but stranger things have happened.
