What isn’t entirely clear from the audio at least is: Did the SkyWest crew get an RA?
Hmmm... The Trukn off the 28s makes a right turn to head out over the bay. I'm not sure at what altitude the Bus's FMS engages LNAV after departure, nor have I ever thought about what would happen if you departed 1R with 28 in the box. I guess it might command a left turn?

At OO we had a required runway lineup callout "Heading checks" -- you verified that the box, the hdg bug, and the runway numbers in front of you all matched. It's the one callout I still do (silently) in my mind when we take the runway.

But it could have been anything -- FMS malfunction, etc etc.

I don't actually recall to what altitude the RA callouts in the CRJ and/or 175 are inhibited, after takeoff...
