that’s not accurate. If there is a fence and no Hawaiian pilots bid for the vacancy slots then Alaska pilots would have the opportunity bid for the openings. Could new hires get 787? Yes, but Alaska pilots on property would get a crack at it before new hire Alaska pilots.
