Depends on how you are using it. In the context of the pacific region in our contract and the 875 limit, it’s the amount of passengers that touch that region and Southwest aircraft
When looking at near international, it’s the total, since we can easily serve those markets. The PDEW limit is also much more restrictive for near international.
Certainly a very complex part of our contract.
